Our wedding cake was perfect for our day, it served everyone and worth every penny! It tasted lovely too!

We booked Meg in March 2024 at a wedding fair in Derby. We booked Meg as our wedding cake baker and ordered her cake sample box to take with us to York (and ate to celebrate our engagement!) Ever since, we got to know Meg a lot more on a personal level, especially at her 2nd business Might Monsters, where she bakes the sweet treats for customers to buy and all her wedding and event cakes! Our cake was 2 tiered, enough to feed 60 people, with the top being Pink Champagne and Strawberry and the bottom Chocolate with Chocolate Buttercream. It was then decorated to be a white cake, with a rose gold acrylic M&J in the top tier centre, our wedding flowers and colours on the left in-between the tiers and a rose gold acrylic plane on the bottom right side of the cake with a love heart swoosh. It was our dream cake brought to life!! We also ordered 6 vegan and gluten free cupcakes which were a massive hit! The compliments we received off our guests with how delicious, beautiful and perfect the cake was, means we picked the best person in the business for our special day. We consider Meg a dear friend of ours now and we can't recommend her enough for anyone's special day! Meg provided name place biscuits for our guests as our wedding favour and they were a huge hit! They matched our theme perfectly and looked amazing! The biscuits tasted incredible even a few days later when I had time to eat mine! The guests absolutely loved them! Would highly recommend!

Meg is absolutely amazing! I found Meg online from looking for someone to make the perfect 1st birthday cake for our little boy. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and the cake looked and tasted absolutely amazing! So much so I've had to order more for my own birthday 🥰

The best wedding cake! It was a really smooth and easy process with Meg from initially finding her page, meeting at a wedding fair then booking! The cake was beautifully done and we got lots of compliments from our guests! We had some left over too (we wanted to make sure we had spare!) which we plan to finish off when we get through all our photos after Meg’s recommendation. Megan made us the perfect vegan wedding cake for our wedding in August. It was exactly as we wanted it and most importantly extremely tasty!

The most perfect wedding cake! Megan really knocked it out of the park. She took our vision and made it a reality. Throughout our day we wanted subtle hints to safari as this is super special to us as a couple but also wanted to incorporate the colour burgundy and Megan really managed to make the most perfect cake to match. At our cake consultation She took our idea and sketched a cake, one which later turned into a masterpiece. Throughout the entire process Megan has been amazing and the best of all the cake is delicious!! Will definitely be using her again for birthdays and celebrations. Thank you soo much! 🌟 Incredible cake maker 🌟 I cannot recommend For Goodness Bakes enough. Megan made both my wedding cake and biscuit name places/ favours for me. The cake looked absolutely stunning and tasted amazing. It was difficult to choose the flavours as each one in the cake sample box were so delicious! The biscuits were also delicious and Megan matched them to the colour of my bridesmaids dresses with the icing. Megan provides an amazing service, is friendly and replies quickly. We met for a consultation where she listened to my ideas and gave really good advice. I cannot thank you enough. I couldn’t have asked for a better cake maker to make our wedding cake.
